Today, we’re bringing you a super tasty Masala Maggi recipe that is full of flavor, loaded with veggies, and most importantly, it doesn’t become sticky after cooling down. That makes it a perfect choice for your kids’ tiffin box or a quick evening snack we eat magi at any time it is testy and yummy mostly indian people like to eat magi mostly.
This Maggi is made with a few basic kitchen ingredients, a handful of fresh vegetables, and some simple spices. The best part? Even after a few hours, the Maggi remains soft, separate, and tasty – no more soggy or mushy noodles. we can add any vegetable in magi and magi is like noodles and it is so testy
Ingredients Used for Maggi
- 2 packets Maggi noodles we can add more magi in it
- 2 tbsp oil or not to add extra tbsp in magi
- 1 medium to large onion it you can add as you need
- 1 green chili less spicy variety it get better test for magi
- 1/4 carrot it is not important for magi you have then you can add
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas add as you need
- 1/4 cup capsicum it is not important for magi you have than you can add
- 1 tomato (finely chopped) it is very important thing in magi
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder you can add as you are
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder it give magi good test
- 1/4 tsp salt as you need you can add
- 1 packet Maggi magic masala you can add with your test
- 2 cups water or 3 cups if you want slight gravy
- 2 Maggi taste makers from noodle packets
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Red chili flakes optional, at serving time
Step-by-Step Recipe Of Magi
Step 1: Heat the Oil
Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion (2 big-sized) and 1 green chili cut finely or you can add more onion in it or also you can add chili. follow step properly
Cook this on high flame for 2 minutes. Do not let the onions turn brown – they should be soft and translucent. it get better test while eating magi cook properly.
Step 2: Add the Vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables in magi :
- 1/4 cup carrot as you need you can add carrot
- 1/4 cup green peas frozen green peas give magi better test
- 1/4 cup capsicum it is not important in magi you have you can add
You can also add sweet corn, beans, or any veggies of your choice. If you don’t like some vegetables, feel free to skip them. we can add any vegetable in magi or you can add any spice in magi.
Cook the vegetables on high flame for 2 minutes only. The veggies should remain crunchy. Don’t overcook them.
Step 3: Add Tomato
Now add 1 finely chopped tomato. Cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. The tomato should be slightly soft, but not mushy. but cook properly till it get soft. tomato is important thing in the magi
Step 4: Add Spices
Now add the following spices:
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder it get colure in magi you can add as you need also
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder for color and mild spice or you can add as you need
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust according to taste) or you can add as you need
We are adding only a little salt here because the taste maker already contains salt. So, keep this in mind to avoid over-salting. but you need more salt you can add . Also add 1 packet of Maggi Magic Masala. This brings out a rich, spicy flavor and makes the Maggi even more delicious. masala is important in the magi you can add more masala in magi
Cook all spices with veggies for about 2 minutes. or you can cook more time
Step 5: Add Water In Magi
Now add 2 cups of water for 2 Maggi packets. If you like your Maggi a little moist or with slight gravy, you can use 3 cups of water.as magi packet need you can mix water but masala is important in magi
Mix everything well and cover the pan. Let the water come to a boil on high flame.
Step 6: Add Maggi Noodles
Once the water is boiling, add the Maggi noodles. Make sure to add them only after the water starts boiling. This tip ensures the Maggi comes out fluffy and separate. and you can get better test and also yummy.
Also, add the taste maker from the 2 Maggi packets at this point. Mix everything properly.to the magi
Step 7: Cook and Cover
Cover the pan and let the Maggi cook on high flame for 2 minutes. cooking is important part of the magi. magi is properly boil it get good test while eating
After 2 minutes, stir the noodles gently. Again, cover and cook for 1 more minute on high flame.
Step 8: Final Touch
Turn off the gas. through some freshly chopped coriander leaves on top. or you can add as you need
If you like a little more spice, you can also sprinkle red chilli flakes while serving. The creator of the recipe suggests adding flakes at serving time so that everyone can add as per their spice level. magi is most yummy dish we eat magi any time
